The London Tax Company was formed in 2018 to focus on more complex accounting and due diligence for merger and acquistions. The clientele includes small to medium sized companies in various industries from all over the world, these include:

Nigel Taylor, our CEO who is a fellow member of the Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and a fellow of the Association of Accounting Technicians.  He heads up a small team of qualified Accountants/Tax Advisors.

The firm is also an exempt professional firm and is regulated for a range of investment business activities by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

In some circumstances, we reduce accountancy fees by 15% for a successful new client. There is no cap and we always encourage this referral scheme.
